The philosophy of the ARB is to treat each residence as a carefully planed addition to the natural setting with minimal impact on the immediate and surrounding environment. The ARB does not intend to restrict any individual design preferences, but works with each property owners to ensure preservation of the natural beauty of each lot and design of the residence is compatible with the overall development.

Prior to any construction in Bull Point, the property owners is responsible for submitting their plans to the ARB for approval as outlined within these guidelines.

No site clearing may begin without first obtaining a final approval for a house construction and the issuance of a Clearing Permit, followed by a Bull Point Building Permit.

REMINDER: Submissions to the ARB must be made at least 1* week in advance of the monthly meeting. (*2 weeks before a Final Submission).

Submissions may be dropped off or mailed to the POA Office at Bull Point Clubhouse.
